II. Material Description
- Premium Alloy Steel Body (High-Toughness Anti-Vibration Structure):
- Crafted from high-grade chromium-molybdenum alloy steel or carbon structural alloy steel, precision-engineered through specialized heat treatment (quenching and tempering processes).
- Offers exceptional torsional resistance, high tensile strength, and superior shock-absorbing toughness; effectively absorbs shock waves under high-frequency and high-intensity hammering pressures, significantly reducing the risk of body bending, breakage, or metal fatigue.
- Premium Tungsten Carbide Tip (Extreme Wear Resistance & Cutting Power):
- The cutting tip is made of high-quality micro-grain tungsten carbide material, sintered under high temperature and high pressure.
- Features ultra-high hardness (second only to diamond) and wear resistance, maintaining a sharp edge even when facing high-hardness stone and concrete without chipping or dulling. Certain specifications adopt a four-blade design (composite cutting edge) for more evenly distributed cutting points and exceptional penetration capabilities.
III. Product Features
- Designed for High-Hardness Concrete Above 4,500 PSI: Specifically optimized for high-PSI, high-density structural concrete and reinforced concrete walls, effortlessly conquering tough surfaces that traditional bits struggle to break through.
- High-Efficiency Rapid Penetration & Flute Design:
- The optimized spiral flute geometry quickly evacuates large amounts of concrete dust and debris out of the hole, reducing frictional resistance and significantly boosting hammer-drilling speed.
- Single-hole drilling depth can reach 100mm or more, maintaining smooth and efficient cutting performance during deep-hole operations.
- Extended Service Life & High Cost-Efficiency: Built with a strict tungsten carbide composite structure, achieving a lifespan of at least 200 holes per bit under normal construction guidelines, delivering superior durability and economic value.
- Comprehensive Universality & Tool Compatibility: Dimensions strictly comply with international standard specifications, ensuring a secure fit and stable installation across all major brands of standard SDS, SDS MAX, 6.35mm quick-release hex shank, and straight shank drills/drivers.
IV. Usage & Maintenance Guide
[Proper Usage]
- Verify Model and Installation: Ensure your drill matches the corresponding specification (such as SDS, SDS MAX, 6.35mm quick-release hex shank, or straight shank), and confirm that the drill bit or chisel is securely locked into the chuck before use.
- Vertical Impact Application: Keep the tool perpendicular (90 degrees) to the surface while applying steady, even pressure during drilling or demolition. Avoid excessive lateral force to prevent body breakage.
- Control Continuous Operation Time: When performing deep-hole or heavy-duty operations in high-strength concrete, periodically pull out the bit to clear debris and let it cool slightly to prevent accelerated wear of the carbide tip caused by high temperatures.
[Daily Maintenance]
- Clear Residue: After each use, thoroughly clean off any residual concrete dust from the surface and spiral flute grooves of the drill bit/chisel.
- Rust Prevention Storage: After cleaning, apply a thin layer of anti-rust oil to the metal body and store it in a dry, well-ventilated area to prevent moisture and rust.
- Regular Inspection: Carefully inspect the front tungsten carbide tip or chisel point for chipping, cracks, or severe wear before every use. Replace immediately if any abnormalities are found to ensure operational safety and efficiency.
